About John Thurber

Owner/President

John

I grew up in Brooklyn Park, MN and have lived in central MN my entire life. I have a wonderful wife Tara, who I have been married to since 1998.  Our son Hunter was born in 2001.  He kept me busy coaching any sport he decided to try.  Teaching him aspects of hunting and fishing were very enjoyable.  I have done several different building trades and continue to use the knowledge from my hands-on experiences and schooling to offer our customers the best roofing solutions for their properties.

I like to be involved in all aspects of the business, whether that means estimating projects, working with the crew, or helping make business decisions with the management team in the office. There never seems to be a lack of things to accomplish. I love working with the team we’ve put together to find the best way to provide the highest quality service to our customers from the beginning of a project to the end and beyond.

When I am not working, I enjoy hunting, fishing, golf, and spending time with friends and family. I get the most satisfaction from spending time with my wife and son making lasting memories.

About Tara Thurber

Office Manager / VP

Tara

I grew up in Hopkins, MN. I married John Thurber in 1998, and we have slowly made our way out to Monticello, MN. We have a son Hunter who graduated High School in 2019.  We enjoy the cabin life on the weekends up north with friends and family. I love watching football and hockey. I love The Green Bay Packers (yes…a Cheesehead), and the MN Wild.

We started All Elements in 2002 and have enjoyed working for All Elements as the Office Manager. We truly have a fun family atmosphere and a fantastic crew. It is clearly evident that they all work toward the common goal of customer satisfaction and upholding our excellent reputation of quality and service. I am very proud to be a part of this team and this family.

We are very active in the community.  We are members of the Monticello Chamber of Commerce and I serve on the Board of Directors.  We have a foundation that helps cancer patients going through treatment called Party for a Purpose.  Other memberships that our staff is active in include MPMA, MHA, and BNI.  We absolutely love getting involved in our community.

About Paul Levisee

Senior VP of Commercial Division

Paul

My name Paul Levisee and I have been with All Elements Inc. since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, I worked in the field as an Installer, then moved into the office to my current position as a Roof Consultant/Estimator.

Working in both the field and office has given me a much broader understanding of all aspects of our services, which in turn allows me to provide a more detailed and well-rounded service to our customers. I have completed projects from 200,000 square feet all the way down to a small porch house roof. It does not matter the size of any job, I will always treat each project with same detail and attention.

I currently live in Otsego, MN with my wife Heidi and daughter McKenzee. In my free time during the summer you will probably find me either doing some sort of project in my yard or enjoying a round on the golf course. During winter months, more than likely on the lake fishing or watching some sort of Minnesota sporting event. Skol Vikings!!

About Shane Setzer

Roof Consultant

Shane

In 2014 I began my career with All Elements in the commercial division, transitioning to the residential division In 2015. One of the many reasons I love working for All Elements is that they care about quality as much as I do. It’s nice working for a company who gets in right the first time and doesn’t need to make excuses for their workmanship.

My specialties include helping my customers navigate difficult insurance claims that have storm damage as well as helping with exterior design.  I love to help my customers visualize the full scope of their project to ensure their material selections work with their paint selection, lighting, etc.  Some people lack vision so I love when I can bring something to the table that sets me apart.

I live in NE Minneapolis with my dog Bennie. I am currently renovating my home and also invest in buy and hold rental properties.  I love leaving things better than I found them. When I’m not helping customers, I’m at the gym or spending time with family and friends or working on a project.

I look forward to bringing my passion and knowledge to all of my customers.

About Fritz Brown

Director of Commercial Production

Fritz Brown - All Elements EmployeesMy name is Fritz Brown and I am the Production Manager for All Elements. I have been roofing for 20 years, which has not only given me valuable experience working with numerous roofing systems but, more importantly, has taught me a great deal about the importance of communication – between salesmen, crews, vendors, inspectors, and especially customers.

Communication is what sets All Elements apart from the rest. The follow through they have from the start of the job to the last piece of equipment picked up from the site is second to none. This key element can be seen amongst the staff and departments at All Elements as well. It makes working here day in and day out a pleasure.

I grew up and have lived in the Monticello area for most of my life. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and playing sports – specifically golfing, volleyball and softball. Even more so, I enjoy spending time with my wife, who is a teacher in the St. Cloud school district, and my two kids, Franklin and Jocylann
