Used All Elements for decades, always had great experiences! They’ve covered nearly 400,000 square feet of roof for us with Duralast over the last 15-20 years… I don’t even bother checking the quality of work anymore, it’s always spot on… John - Paul - Fritz… etc… everyone is professional, meet deadlines, and make jobs very worry free.
We have many ventilation pipes that protrude through our roofs, and we move them around frequently. Justin has tied countless pipes into the membrane, and repaired the open holes left behind. We have never had even one leak using the Duralast / All Elements solution.
We started out using this as an overlay to roofs that have reached their life span, but now use All Elements / Duralast as our roof of choice on our building expansions as well…

We recently contacted All Elements, Inc about getting our roof re-shingled. Our initial contact was with Justin Smith and his friendly, open communication was very welcoming. Our roof was 17 years old and Justin educated us on what has changed over the years and made suggestions and recommendation on what would work best for our home. After making the decision on what shingles to go with, Justin walked us through the entire process and let us know a Project Manager would be in touch with us to schedule the work. Jim Ortman (Project Manager) contacted us within two days and let us know our job was scheduled for the following week. Jim kept in communication with us, letting us know when the dumpster was going to be dropped off and what time the crew was going to show up. When the crew arrived, they got to work immediately and kept at it until completion. We were very impressed by their work and how well they cleaned up afterwards. The following day, our neighbor made it a point to come over and tell us how impressed they were with the crew that did our roof. The neighbor appreciated that the crew wasn't loud and that they respectfully walked around the entire area making sure anything wind-blown was picked up.
I'm hoping we don't have to replace our roof again for 20 years, but if we do, we won't hesitate to contact All Elements to do the work!

Local Business Roof Replacement
During a major renovation of our natatorium, we were notified by our General Contractor, that our roof was in need of replacement.
As a local business, we contacted All Element to give us a price to replace the roof over our Natatorium. They were extremely prompt and very thorough with their proposal. We did contract with All Elements for our roof replacement and they were exceedingly professional, easy to work with, they paid attention to details and communicated clearly with us throughout the process.
We hope to never have a surprise roof replacement again, but when we are in need of a planned roof replacement, we will definitely contact All Elements again.
