Featured Project: Church of St. Michael- Stillwater
By: Dustin Hesse
The Church of St Michael contacted All Elements Inc. several years ago about roof leaks that had been an ongoing problem. Our sales team submitted a bid to replace that particular section of the roof – the section above the school. Maintenance director Frank Rumpf chose to move forward with All Elements, agreeing to a Duro-Last roofing membrane. Needless to say, Frank and the entire staff were pleased with both the product and the expertise of the All Elements team. Our team exceeded customer expectations and formed a great relationship with Frank and St. Michael Church.
More recently, Frank contacted All Elements again to help them solve an issue that other contractors could not. They had a pesky problem – a roof leak in the atrium area of the church. After several attempts by others to make the necessary repairs, Frank made the call to Dustin at All Elements for a bid to replace the existing ballasted EPDM. After an inspection and bid for replacement that proposed the installation of another Duro-Last roof on their building, we installed a 40 mil Duro-Last roofing system with a 15-year warranty. During the project Frank stated, “The communication from the job foreman was impeccable and the work area was kept clean and did not interfere with the small area for parking. This truly is the World’s Best Roof.” Consequently, the pesky leak has not returned. Another job well done!
