The insurance company sent an auditor to give me an estimate of the damages that were done to my roof and siding. They told me that they only wanted to patch work the roof damages. I called All Elements and Justin Smith came out to look. Justin was able to work with the insurance company and we were able to get everything on the roof replaced plus our house re-sided. Insurance help after a hail storm
I have only good things to say about the job Shane Setzer, Senior Project Manager, and All Elements did to re-roof our house after hail damage to our roof. Shane inspected the roof thoroughly and then came back when the insurance adjuster was evaluating the damage. Shane was very diplomatic in working with the adjuster and pointing out damage that the adjuster had overlooked. When the first insurance estimate came back with some major items missing, Shane requested a supplemental estimate and documented the damage not included in the first estimate with multiple pictures, so that it was covered.
When the insurance company miscalculated their final payment to me, Shane was the one who was able to point out exactly what their error was, and helped me fight it for three months until the insurance company finally made full payment to me.
Our house is high and very steep--the crew had to be roped in at all times. I had a very good view through a skylight of the painstaking work the crew did with the tear-off, the re-decking and the re-shingling. I have recommended Shane and All Elements to my neighbor!

Insurance nightmare resolved by All Elements
Hats off to Shane Setzer and the All Elements team for working with me for over 11 months after a tree fell on my house during a storm last summer. It was a nightmare insurance case, and Shane was with me every step of the way helping to guide me, provide experienced insight, and just be an all-around good guy. The roofing, siding, and gutter work is now completed and it is fantastic. We had to get a new roof after a bad hail storm. Justin Smith was great to work with. The roofing crew was greatas well. No nails or trash left behind and they were on a little bit of a time crunch due to late day rain. No leaks either..lol.. The roof and siding look great. Justin's estimate was the same as the final bill I received. I would definitely recommend All Elements.

Quick & punctual response to our issues
All Elements” these folks are so quick and punctual to respond to your queries and issues concerning your house ( roof or other parts of the house) Owing to hailstorm- my wall siding on the master bedroom side had peeled away. The peeled flap of wood just kept banging on the adjacent wall and kept bothering us in the night! I was unable to sleep for nearly a week.
Today as expected at 1pm - Hunter the “ god sent gentleman” was at our doorstep with his partner to assess the damage. I was like this cannot be true ??? . But that was what their speed of service to my call for help 24 hrs back. In a matter of 10 mins they had a plan to get my siding fixed and a plan B if that route failed. I was so thankful that I looked them up and got them to look at my place.
Because they were efficient and trustworthy- I chose to write this review and also referred them to the community where I stay at.
