BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA APARTMENT BUILDING
When we first met up with the Big Lake apartment building owners, they expressed concern over the condition of the building’s roof. The EPDM rubber roofing membrane was shrinking, the seams were failing and the metal edge around the membrane was coming off. The deteriorating roof was causing substantial leaking and affecting the building’s tenants.

We removed ballast rock, replaced wet insulation and installed a 50-mil Duro-Last roofing membrane.
