Featured Project: First State Mall, LaMoure North Dakota

Recently All Elements completed reroofing the First State Mall in LaMoure, North Dakota. This big springtime project suffered several weather delays with lots of ice. Nonetheless, in a matter of six or seven working days this 300 square roof transformed from a big headache with constant leaking and other nagging issues to a nice, dry, reliable roof.

We asked Vince Watkins, President of the First State Bank of North Dakota, about his experience working with All Elements Roofing.

What was your deciding factor on getting a new roof?

The previous rubber membrane was old.  Frequent repairs were needed due to holes in the membrane from the rocks as well as seams coming apart.

What stood out to you on this project?

The entire process was easy.  Communication from Estimator Paul Levisee, Production Manager Fritz Brown, and Foreman Dan Lageson was frequent and timely.  The work crew showed up on time and ready to work.  I never saw anybody standing around. They even completed a couple of small improvements to the roof that were not bid, for no additional charge.

What was your deciding factor on using All Elements or the Duro-Last product?

I had previous experience with the All Elements on two other roof projects and had satisfactory results.  In addition, I viewed a roof in another community that was half rubber membrane and half Duro-Last membrane. Seeing the seams and the high quality of the boots around penetrations made a lasting impression on me.

Once completed, have you been satisfied with the results of your new roof?

I will let you know in 5 years!
